Abstract

Digital Entrepreneurial transformation (DET) is the new call of the hour. To stay sustainable and profitable concurrently at the same time, enterprises have to consider their best planning. Strategies have to outdo the pre-COVID-19 times; otherwise, the enterprises can not withstand the stiff competition and sustainability pressure. So, to achieve the new normal sustainable development goals (NSDGs) in the best possible way, data sharing and tracking platforms can help digital enterprises achieve their goals and accelerate technological transformation. During the pandemic, customers will expect companies to be more transparent and ethical in their dealing. Through digital transformation, enterprises can improve their customers’ social protection and fear-management mechanisms. It will enable them to be more resilient and prosperous. The COVID-19 pandemic has raised concerns about the various risks posed by multiple sectors. Enterprises to minimize the impact of the pandemic, various social, environmental, and technological index measures must outperform their respective benchmarks. The COVID-19 pandemic has raised a lot of concerns about the environment. It has caused a lot of biological waste to be released. As a result, the public's desire for sustainable practices and the need for more sustainable technology leadership have been identified as the key factors to consider in digital transformation.
