Abstract

Abstract The diffusion of platinum isotopes (191, 195m, 197) in silver and copper single crystals has been investigated in the temperature ranges 1094–1232 K and 1149-1352 K, respectively, using the serial-sectioning technique. The diffusion coefficients can be described by the following temperature functions: and The results are in agreement with current models of impurity diffusion.
