Abstract

The tensor diagonal components of the diffusion coefficients for interstitial atoms in laminated superlattice structures of Pt2Mo type are calculated. The crystal lattice is shown to be diffusively anisotropic if interstitial atoms interact mainly with the adjacent atoms of the alloy. When thermodynamic equilibrium exists, the degree of anisotropy is claimed to rise quickly with the decrease of temperature. [Russian Text Ignored].
