Abstract

We present the case of a female patient in her 50s who presented with progressive language and cognitive impairments. The patient had a history of ocular vitreoretinal lymphoma, diagnosed three years prior to admission. Radiological investigations, including diffusion tensor imaging, fibertracking, dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI and spectroscopy were performed to establish a differential diagnosis for a relapsing lymphoma
