Abstract

Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage can accompany many diseases, including systemic vasculitis and other connective tissue diseases. Rapid diagnostics and immediate implementation of adequate treatment are extremely important. In this paper is presented a 63-year-old patient with fever, dyspnoea and massive haemoptysis, admitted as part of the emergency department.
