Abstract

This paper researches on the model of the cultivation of IT talents in application-oriented colleges. It proposes 5 ways in the cultivation of IT talents through College-Enterprise Cooperation in application-oriented Colleges. Among them, the model of Diffluence Cultivation, which argues that colleges should both keep the researching characteristic of the IT talents and emphasize their application feature, is emphatically illustrated. In the 3 years' teaching practice, it is proved to be both scientific and practical. The model of Diffluence Cultivation, is an important and efficient way to cultivate talents in application-oriented colleges, which can promote the education and teaching reformation, improve teaching quality, help the enterprises to get satisfying talents, and meanwhile reduce the risk of talent flow and the cost of pre-post training.
