Abstract

Neuroblastoma (NB) is the most common extracranial solid tumor of childhood, accounting for 7–10 % of all malignancies. When NB described the unique metastatic form of the disease (4S stage), which feature a high incidence of spontaneous tumor regression and favorable prognosis. This paper describes a clinical case of a patient NB first year of life with stage 4S, presented a literature review of current data on the disease, it stresses the importance of interdisciplinary cooperation of doctors of various specialties at the stage of the differential diagnosis of liver disease in children with retroperitoneal neoplasms.
