Abstract

Neuroinflammatory dysfunction is a well-known phenomenon encountered in brains of demented AD individuals, but little is known about its role in earliest stages of AD pathogenesis. We assessed glial immunoreactivity in brain regions where tau burden was just about to develop and evaluated differing expression profiles in cognitively diverging individuals.
