Abstract
Development of scientific and technological progress at the present stage requires an increase in knowledge in the field of technology. In recent years, the interest of teachers in educational institutions to apply a differentiated approach to technological education has significantly increased. The application of the differential approach is more and more used in the process of training specialists in technological education. This article provides a theoretical justification for the application of differentiation of education as a means of improving the quality of technological education in a university. The problems of differentiated learning in the process of teaching university students are substantiated. Definition of differentiated teaching is given as a form of organization of the educational process, in which the teacher works with a group of students. Taking into account the presence of any common qualities that are significant for the educational process. An experiment was conducted in the article to determine the effectiveness of the differentiated approach for the educational process. It consists in the qualitative organization of the teacher’s pedagogical activity, the development of the content and ways of organizing-multilevel education, which ensures development of the intellectual and personal-potential of all students. Process takes into account the level of education, and their progress towards learning on higher level.
