Abstract

For pt.I see ibid., vol.1, p.199 (1984). It is proved that a stationary axisymmetric (non-cylindrically symmetric) differentially rotating charged dust distribution has a non-vanishing Lorentz force or a non-constant ratio of the charge density to the mass density.
