Abstract
ABSTRACT A study of intermediate dispersion spectra, and broad-band photometry of 69 stars in the very young cluster NGC 2264 reveals the presence of extensive differential reddening. Statistical inquiries lead to the inference that the source of the reddening is intracluster dust clouds, but that these clouds may not be randomly distributed within the cluster. Key words: star cluster-photometry- interstellar reddening
