Abstract

Spermidine has a differential influence on T3 and T7 DNA-directed enzyme synthesis in vitro on the translational level. It increases the effectivity of synthesis of phage RNA polymerase, of ligase and of S-adenosylmethionine cleaving enzyme (SAMase), but decreases the effectivity of synthesis of lysozyme.
