Abstract

Summary Data are presented indicating that the first-set response to an allogeneic skin graft can be significantly inhibited in sublethally irradiated mice by passively transferred specific antisera, whereas, in contrast, the first-set response to a xenogeneic skin graft remains resistant to similar treatment. Specific antisera had no effect upon a pre-existing second-set response.
