Abstract

The effects of chronic administration of electroconvulsive shock and antidepressant drugs on rat brain serotonin-2 (5-HT 2) receptors were investigated. Electroconbulsive shock increases the density and antidepressant drugs decrease the density of 5-HT 2 receptors labelled by [ 3H]spiperone.
