Abstract

Improvements in embryo culture media formulations to enhance current development rates is an ongoing endeavor. While a universal culture medium that demonstrates improvement for all embryos/patients is desirable, it is hypothesized that specialized media, tailored toward specific patient populations, may be useful. The objective of this study was to compare the impact of a novel single-step medium to a commercial single-step medium on embryo development in females of differing ages.
