Abstract

 Abstract—Analyzing the differential genetic traits related to senescence of the long-lived naked mole-rat and various species that are convergent phylogenetically, by a combination of bioinformatic algorithms with nucleotide genomic signal processing, and hierarchical cluster methods. Since the naked mole-rat has distinctive aging resistance, comparing the aging-related genes may guide to essential differences in pathological incidences of aging diseases among the species concerned.
