Abstract
RhoA orchestrates cytoskeleton formation, migration and mobility via c-SRC and mDia1 in different cells. RhoA/ROCK also plays a crucial role in hepatic stellate cells and hepatic fibrogenesis. Matrix stiffness promotes HSC activation via cytoskeleton modulation. The role of SRC and mDia1 in HSC, and the role of matrix stiffness, were investigated in this study.
