Abstract

Prior to the pandemic, an ongoing study at an AACSB Jesuit, Catholic University with a strong focus on teaching revealed that business students prefer face-to-face over online courses. The research presented here explores the impact of undergraduate student class rank and major as well as graduate students’ degree program on their perception of online versus face-to-face courses. Given the impact the pandemic has on education, this research offers insight into future education to meet student perceptions.
