Lymphocytes and T-cell subsets (CD4+T and CD3+T) and CD19 B cells play an important role in maintaining the function of the immune system. The cell surface molecules of CD3 and CD4 T cells and CD19 B cells participate in the humoral immunity against viral infection. A decrease in the level of these cells was observed less in severe cases compared to mild cases.
