Abstract

Sample of sodium-potassium tantalate (Na0.5K0.5TaO3) system was examined and frequency dependence of dielectric constant was studied in the frequency range from 0.01 MHz to 10 MHz, at varying temperature from 20 °C to 523 °C. With increasing frequency, thedielectric constant was found decreasing, which indicate relaxational behavior of the diploes in this system. With varying temperature, sample was observed to follow Curie-Weiss law with dielectric constant being minimum at the Curie temperature.
