Abstract

The relative permittivities of seven binary mixtures of methanol with ethanol, isomers of propanol, and butanol are reported for various mole fractions at (288.15, 293.15, 298.15, 303.15, and 308.15) K. The excess dielectric permittivity, the temperature coefficients, (∂lner)/(∂T), and their excess values were calculated. The excess parameters have been fitted to the Redlich−Kister polynomial equation. The results of measurements were used in the analysis of the molecular interactions occurring in the alcoholic solutions.
