Abstract
ABSTRACTThis paper is focused on dielectric properties of potassium niobate (KN) –barium titanate (BT) composites with artificial morphotropic phase boundary (MPB). Ceramics with highest concentration of KN showed a glassy behaviour below 300 K temperature. Also two relaxation processes were observed, one in MHz and second at GHz range. The relaxation process in the MHz range follows Vogel-Fulcher law. The nature of the GHz dispersion is assumed to be electro-mechanical resonance.
