Abstract
The notice of defects is essential for the assertion of claims in the event of a defect in the work and regularly poses a challenge in practice due to the complex and detailed case law. Therefore, the following article shows the regulation of the notice of defects in construction law based on examples of current cantonal and federal court case law.
