Abstract
The study examines different scientific literatures published about the Hungarian administrative jurisdiction from the beginning to the present day. Besides the scientific papers were collected, other kind of publications, such as articles in newspapers have been omitted from it. The literature of Hungarian administrative jurisdiction began in 1877 with Győző Concha’s paper. The most important issue was to make the two levels judicial forums during the existence of the judicial forum. After the period of socialism and the democratic transition the topic occurred again in numerous publications, which was even more the centre of attention because of the legislation in the 2010s.
