Abstract

The paper handles surgical techniques possible to approach tumors from enoral in the maxillary and retromaxillary space. This enoral method enables a smaller mutilation of the patient and provides better presuppositions for later prothetical measures. The surgical proceeding will be demonstrated by diapositives and by two clinical cases.
