Abstract
The paper presents results of research dealing with individual learning preferences and their reflection within the process of instruction at the Faculty of Informatics and Management, University of Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic. Learners' preferences in types of study materials, assignments, assessments, types of contact and approaches to teaching/learning reflecting individual learning patterns were monitored by a questionnaire and resulted in didactic recommendations based on the Bloom's digital taxonomy.
