Abstract

This paper presents a didactic-embedded platform for system identification applied to a BLDC motor like those found in drones. The main component of the embedded system is a Raspberry Pi 4 board with a slave board based on Microchip microcontroller PIC18F45K50. A detailed case study shows the platform's applicability to identify the Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor's parameters using the process reaction curve method.
