Abstract
When the plaintiff, a Taylor University student, resided in one of the residence halls during the 2014–15 academic year, he allegedly once saw a fellow resident streak naked through the lobby and once witnessed him shout “penis, penis” on a crowded airplane. He also purportedly saw: (1) a video the fellow resident had posted online, in which it appeared he had killed someone; and (2) videos of the same student with some naked girls doing “all kinds of raunchy and inappropriate stuff in the dorm room.”
