Abstract

After graduating from Methodist University's undergraduate program with a Bachelor of Science in biology, the plaintiff was admitted into the university's physician assistant program in 2014. The plaintiff was granted double time on exams during her undergraduate education due to test‐anxiety issues. Similarly, she was granted extra time to take exams for the physician assistant program as an accommodation for her disability. Despite her testing accommodations, the plaintiff failed several of her April 2015 exams and was dismissed from the program after failing a course in October.
