Abstract
High school junior K.T. was allegedly assaulted by a Culver‐Stockton College student on campus in 2014 when she was visiting the college as a potential recruit for the women's soccer team. The incident was reported to the administration the next day, but the college allegedly failed to adequately investigate the matter until a complaint was registered by her family with local law enforcement.
