Abstract
A Metropolitan State University of Denver student had an eye condition that required her to sit in the front of a classroom to read the white board. The student arrived late to a chemistry class and sat on the floor near the front when all other seats were occupied. The professor paused the lecture and instructed the student to take a seat. The student informed the professor of her eye condition, and the professor asked other students to leave the front row so the student could sit.
