Abstract

The description of the experimental data on the observables dσ/dΩ, Σ, P, and T in γd → pn is considered for photon energies corresponding to √S=2.11–2.40 GeV. The γd → pn amplitudes are determined by three parts: the gauge invariant set of the pole amplitudes with the deuteron structure included, the part containing the γN → Nπ amplitudes, and the dibaryon resonances. The corollaries of the model with‐ and without the dibaryon resonance are studied. The quality of the description of the experimental data is shown to depend on the choice of the dibaryon resonances set rather than the choice of the deuteron wave functions.
