Abstract
WE have found with in vitro and in vivo test systems a dialysable agent in the bone marrow of mice and rabbits which stimulates proliferation of mouse thymic cells. The in vitro test was based on 3H-thymidine incorporation into DNA of thymic cells, and the in vivo test on regeneration of X-ray injured thymuses.
