Abstract
The problem of improving the quality of training of future teachers of art disciplines in the context of paradigmatic changes in the system of modern art education is actualized. The state of research of the scientific problem is clarified, the worldview positions of researchers related to the specifics of intercultural communication as a form of exchange of cultural meanings between the subjects of the educational process are singled out. The peculiarities of creating a dialogic field of intersubjective relations of students of faculties of arts in the music-pedagogical process of higher education, which is based on the principle of value interaction of representatives of different cultures, are revealed.
