Abstract

The issues of operational control and diagnostics of reconfigurable assembly processes in railway transport are considered. Examples of resource and coordinate schemes of disassembly-assembly processes, their configuration and reconfiguration are given. The properties and features of the disassembly-assembly processes are analyzed. An approach to the control and diagnostics of assembly processes using resource schemes and trigger-time functions of operations is proposed. An extended diagnostic model of the process has been developed, taking into account the timing of operations, including defects in the absence and delay in their launch, depending on the readiness of input resources. A method for analyzing the asynchrony of assembly processes is proposed. The issues of practical implementation of the approach based on the interpretation of process diagrams by meter networks and execution in the form of digital homogeneous media are considered. Conclusions are drawn about the advantages and prospects of using trigger-time diagnostics of processes.
