Abstract

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum IgG subclass test of pregnant women in hemolytic disease of newborn (HDN).Methods 62 cases of patients with blood group incompatibility,blood type O RhD(+) and newborn blood samples were selected as the research objects.Test tube method was used to measure the immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody specificity,the ELISA method was used to measure the serum IgG subclass.Results The levels of IgG1 in HDN(+) neonatal and their mothers were higher than those in HDN(-) neonatal and their mothers (P < 0.05); there was no significant difference found in the levels of IgG2,IgG3 and IgG4 (P > 0.05).Conclusion The test to serum IgG subclass of pregnant women can precisely forecast HDN incidence,and it has important significance in clinical diagnosis.
