Abstract

The number of clinically-recognized, genetically-defined inborn errors of immunity (IEI) is rapidly growing due to expanded testing options. In particular, next generation sequencing (NGS) panels are an affordable and rapid method for identifying IEIs. This study evaluated the diagnostic yield of clinically available NGS panels, and documented key clinical features and laboratory findings associated with diagnosis of IEI.
