Abstract

Background: Liver transplantation with neoadjuvant chemoradiation for localized, node negative hilar cholangiocarcinoma or cholangiocarcinoma in the setting of primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) in our institution achieves improved survival with fewer recurrences when compared to conventional resection. The emerging role and impact of EUS FNA in this setting of cholangiocarcinoma staging has yet to be determined. Aims: In eligible patients participating in this staging protocol to: 1) Determine the frequency of lymphadenopathy detected by EUS.
