Abstract
The need for differential diagnosis of skin tumors in children and adolescents determines the relevance of improving age-adapted research methods. Dermatoscopic analysis rightfully belongs to the method of choice as a non-invasive approach today. The study presents the experience of dermatoscopic examination of skin tumors in pediatric patient`s cohort, assessment of the method informativeness and visualization of the probability of a diagnostic error by constructing a mathematical matrix.

Summary
Визуальная оценка вероятности диагностической ошибки при клиническом осмотре и сочетании клинического и последующего дерматоскопического исследований стала возможной с помощью сравнительного анализа фактических и предсказанных значений путем построения матрицы ошибок. Фактическое значение (результирующее значение) – морфологическая верификация образования, предсказанное – диагноз по результатам клинического осмотра и клинического осмотра с дерматоскопическим паттерном. Методика также позволила оценить такие понятия, как точность анализа (доля объектов, действительно принадлежащих данному классу относительно всех, отнесенных системой к последнему) и полнота (доля истинно положительных классификаций) по нижеследующим формулам. Точность: presision=TP/(TP+FP), где TP (true positive) – истинно положительный и FP (false positive) – ложноположительный. Полнота: recall=TP/(TP+FN), где FN (false negative) – ложноотрицательный.
