Abstract

An attempt to use Gittinger's Personality Assessment System as a diagnostic tool did not yield statistically significant results for a sample of 318 children in 9 diagnostic groups. However, in this sample, there were many clear-cut sex differences in WISC performance and some evidence of interaction among age, sex, and diagnostic classifications. None of the observed differences proved useful in differentiation among these Ss.
