Abstract
S.C. EURONUTRITION S.A. Botosani was created in the year 1991, having as activity the cultivation with crops and technical plants of 3100 ha of agricultural land, the production sale, providing services in agriculture etc. The offer of cereal grains is territorially dispersed and non-uniform in time and space. Over 60 % of the incomes are obtained by the vegetal production, about 25 % by the animal breeding and the difference by the provided services and the trade. The company holds a high market quota in wheat, maize and sunflower. The authors used several indicators for realizing the diagnostic analysis of the financial stability at S.C. EURONUTRITION S.A. Botosani, such as: the balance sheet, the financial balance, the patrimony, the working capital, the necessary of working capital, the net treasury etc. There have been analyzed also another indicators, in view to commensurate the auto financing capacity, the solvency, the banking liquidity, the payment capacity etc.
