Abstract

Clinical Recommendations for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of osteoporosis were approved at the IV All-Russian Congress of general practitioners (family doctors) of the Russian Federation, November 15, 2013 in Kazan. Developed on the basis of the guidelines of the Russian Association on Osteoporosis (2009, 2012) and clinical recommendations for the glucocorticoid osteoporosis of the Russian Association of Osteoporosis, Russian Respiratory Society and the Association of Rheumatologists of Russia (2013). The text specified levels of evidence (A, B, C or D), which are provided at the respective statements in parentheses.
