Abstract

Expectant management of severe preeclampsia (sPEC) diagnosed at < 34 weeks remains individualized, with limited data available to counsel patients. Existing literature includes women with prior chronic hypertension (cHTN), who may have different underlying physiology. Our objective was to evaluate outcomes of women with early sPEC at our institution, comparing those diagnosed at earlier vs. later gestational age (GA).
