Abstract

A 35-year-old woman presented with a 2-year history of secondary infertility. Her condition was diagnosed as polycystic ovary syndrome on the basis of clinical symptoms (oligomenorrhea and hirsutism), elevated serum androgen levels, and the characteristic appearance of ovaries by ultrasound as described elsewhere (1).
