Abstract

AbstractThis paper proposes an automatic and intelligent diagnostic system for fault coil location of inter-turn short-circuit fault (ISF) in direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor (DDPMSM) based on the search coil. First, introduces the arrangement of search coil, and establishes the voltage model of search coil under the ISF. Second, the differential and residual voltages of the search coil are used as fault indicators for fault diagnosis. Next, based on the mapping relationship between fault indicator and fault location, an ISF fault coil location algorithm is proposed. Finally, an intelligent and automatic fault location system based on knowledge graph (KG) is built. The results of simulation tests under different ISF fault conditions verify that the built KG system can be used for early fault coil location.KeywordsFault diagnosisFault locationInter-turn short-circuit faultKnowledge graphSearch coil
