Infeksiyoz bursal hastaligin tanisi, immunoperoksidaz metodu kullanilarak dogal olarak infekte 21 gunluk civcivlerde incelendi. Viral antijenler bursa Fabricius’daki makrofaj ve lenfositlerde gozlendi. Calismada kullanilan metodun duyarli ve spesifik oldugu ve hastaligin tanisinda kullanilabilecegi saptandi
