Abstract

The paper considers an algorithm for searching of single defects in the structural blocks on the diagnostic object in the form of an arbitrary change in the parameters of one dynamic block as part of a continuous dynamic system. This approach corresponds to a specific design defect, the real picture of its manifestation and its impact on system dynamics. The choice of such methods causes a desire to select standards with a library of defects or a desire to apply signal feature analysis. The algorithm based on the trial deviations of the model parameters uses the specification of these shifts in the standard, which is a laborious task. The algorithm for analyzing signs of passage using a unary sign of defect search, as well as the use of a binary sign for defect search, requires unnecessary signal passing definitions from block outputs to control points. A method for diagnosing single defects by changing the parameters of structural units using integral estimates for output signals from the object structural sensitivity model to a change in the dynamic properties of the block is considered. The algorithm makes it possible to move from the analysis of time functions to the analysis of the numerical values for their integral estimates. This approach allows you to determine the faulty dynamic block without determining the real parameters of its transfer function.
