Abstract

Urinary tract infection is one of the most common infections during pregnancy. Serious urinary tract infection can exert adverse influence on both the mother and the fetus. Prompt diagnosis and treatment can effectively avoid the adverse outcomes of infections during pregnancy, but there is a certain risk in the use of antibiotics. Through access to domestic and foreign literature, the author summarized the diagnostic criteria and treatment regimen for gestational urinary tract infection, in order to provide basis for clinical prevention and treatment of gestational urinary tract infection and selection of antibiotics.
