Abstract

Introduction Posterior sternoclavicular dislocation must be diagnosed and treated early to prevent disastrous complications. The low frequency of this lesion means that it is rarely suspected, and diagnosis is often erroneous. Plain radiographs of the injury are difficult to interpret.
