Abstract
Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in pregnancy is an extremely severe obstetric complication. The causes of ARDS in pregnancy are associated with obstetric causes and non-obstetric causes. ARDS may lead to multiple organ failure, which has high mortality and poor prognosis. Early recognizing the disease, effective intervention and various disciplines cooperation help to improve the prognosis of mothers and newborns. This article mainly discussed the diagnosis and treatment of ARDS in pregnancy.
